The location was fantastic for exploring an eight-story mall. The hotel is situated in a great area. The restaurant on the first floor was pretty good - we both enjoyed our appetizing dishes.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The suite's layout was perfect for sharing with friends, and the view from the 28th floor was extraordinary. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to city landmarks, dining, and shopping. The facilities, such as the lap pool and fitness room, were impressive. All in all, an outstanding experience that I wholeheartedly recommend!

A nicely designed place to stay in Chicago. Responsive, especially helpful staff with the doorman.- Clean swimming pool.- Great food in the lounge area for breakfast.

The rooms here are spacious with a nice view, including a fridge, microwave, and kitchenette; the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and I loved the breakfast at the restaurant nearby.

The elegant building houses rooms with two full-size beds. There are plenty of supplies available including a lounge area, a living room, and a walk-in closet. The location is great, close to the theater.

The hotel is fairly clean, with efficient employees providing friendly service. The bagged breakfasts are great, and the room is compact yet beautifully maintained, with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The suite at Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile is just perfect. I felt like I was right at home with a view of Lake Michigan and a cozy living room. The Sweet Dreams bed was like sleeping on a cloud!

I personally found the high-speed internet a bit slow, but others might not mind.

The hotel is conveniently located 20 minutes away from the airport, within walking distance to shopping amenities, and the staff, including the doorman, are efficient and excellent.

This place is centrally located and very close to many attractions.

Rooms are clean and the staff here goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and pleasant 😊.

Loved the feeling of metal supports underneath the thin mattress. It was like sleeping on a bed of nails.

The view of the lake was great. The central location close to a nice lake shore is a huge plus.- The center of incredible Magnificent Mile shopping & dining is convenient.- The staff was exceptionally attentive and always helped me.

Excellent central location in downtown Chicago near the Magnificent Mile and many restaurants. The room was unique, spotless, and had a lounge, walk-in closet, and dresser. Plenty of delicious food options available for meals.

The rooms are well-appointed and neat with 2 full size beds and heating. Wonderful location near the John Hancock Center with views of the lake. Close proximity to restaurants, bars, mall, and Chicago downtown.

we loved our stay at the hilton in the heart of the city. the beds were super comfy, the room was clean and tidy, and the staff kindly accommodated our early check-in. the hotel is conveniently located near the john hancock building and michigan ave, with cabs readily available. we also enjoyed the spacious room with a lake view and the excellent service from the gift shop and restaurant. overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
